Our services are designed to support both individuals entering the NDT industry and companies seeking technical expertise, training solutions, radiation safety support, and program development assistance.

Charles Lowe is the founder of Charles Lowe Radiation Safety and NDT Training and brings more than 30 years of experience in industrial radiography, pipeline inspection, radiation safety, nondestructive testing (NDT), training, and technical leadership.

Beginning his career in the pipeline industry in the mid-1990s, Charles has worked on projects throughout the United States and has held positions ranging from field radiographer and radiation safety professional to management and executive leadership roles within the NDT industry. His experience includes industrial radiography operations, radiation safety program administration, personnel development, training, compliance, and NDT program support.

Charles is certified as an ASNT Radiographic Testing (RT) Level III and ASNT Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Level III, representing the highest level of technical certification within those NDT methods. He also serves as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), instructor, consultant, and business owner dedicated to advancing professionalism and safety within the industry.

In addition to his technical qualifications, Charles holds three college degrees, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA), providing a unique combination of technical expertise, business leadership, and workforce development experience.

Through Charles Lowe Radiation Safety and NDT Training, his mission is to help students launch successful careers, assist companies in developing strong technical programs, and provide practical training and consulting services that create long-term value for both individuals and organizations.

Today, Charles continues to train students, support NDT companies, develop educational programs, and promote awareness of career opportunities within the nondestructive testing industry.
